Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Activity:
  • Document equipment history reports following maintenance on systems, structures and components to maintain an accurate history record.
  • Update the equipment and material master data within the material management system to ensure accuracy of equipment and material specifications in the plant with those in the warehouse.
  • Comply with Maintenance Code of Conduct procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety and reliability of the plant.
  • Perform troubleshooting processes on the mechanical systems and components to ensure issues are resolved correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Staff Training and Qualification
  • Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Ensure management expectations on the Conduct of Maintenance are implemented and adhered to provide training feedback on program effectiveness through evaluation of performance to ensure a high quality of training and qualification program.
  • Outage and Emergency Response Organization (ERO) Support
  • Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Support outage and/or the ERO, as assigned, to ensure safe, reliable and continued operations; this may require shift work/off hours support.
  • Operational Planning
  • Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Provide input into the development and implementation of work instructions, identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately, to meet the team's requirements and standards.
