Key Responsibilities:
- The incumbent will be responsible for effective monitoring, coordination and management of security services, and safety measures.
- Organize, deploy and manage the material and human resource assigned to the security department Including resources made available through outsourcing
- Plan, develop and implement security plans, security programs such as Emergency Response and Crisis Management, Physical Security, Information Protection, Incident Management and/ or Investigation.
- Maintain contacts and working relationship with Government agencies, Rangers, local police and outsourced security service providers.

Requirements (Education/Experience/Age)🧾:
- The Candidate should be retired officer of Armed Forces equivalent to the rank of Major and above.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in handling security issues.
- Knowledge and ability to handle modern technologies of security and surveillance equipment
- Candidates with excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills and a proven ability to deal courteously with public.
